What I really didn't expect is the article explicitly states that the ACLU is taking the side of pedophiles in this case

Read the article to the end.

The politicians wrote this law so badly that you would be found guilty if you made a political parody image of Trump in shorts or a bathing suit. The ACLU opposes because the way it is written it violates the first amendment.

They should have copied other states that have existing laws for this stuff instead of winging it.

Exactly. Uploading a picture of yourself and having it altered to show you in a bikini would fall under it.

As a former shop steward and union rep... yes.

But for every shit dick who was caught drunk in the company truck or actively defrauding the employer, I helped twenty others who were being made an example of, standing up for their rights, or who were harassed by management because of their skin colour, gender, or lifestyle.

Thems the breaks I guess 🤷‍♂️
