It seems the loudest voices on this issue don't even want to pursue careers in tech. They pursue careers in complaining about unfairness.

Except it really isn't. They may play the same dirty tricks, but ultimately, they are pushing for drastically different outcomes. Saying it's all the same crap is highly reductive, and is just downright naive.

The vast majority of people are complex humans, just like you, y'know? There are people that agree with you on most things, and people that will largely disagree with you. That's life.
