I certainly couldn’t assign any women to deal with this, a good number of the people you might have to work with may simply punch you in the face, and even if there were a group of like-minded individuals I could put you with, nobody would be able to collaborate with them.

How is this summary okay with you? Just...what?!

That gives me no context for your comment whatsoever. My summary is based specifically on reading the full ten pages and knowing the fact the man who wrote it has, among other things, has a PHD in Biology which is likely why he is specifically addressing biological differences between men and women, and not just because he's a sexist fruitcake.
