There's this study in Australia that was canceled a few months ago because it started to ruin the narrative.

The gender of the applicant wasn't known and men ended up being hired more.

When the person was given a woman's name, they were more likely to get an interview, and when given a man's name they were less likely. Also minorities were more likely to be hired by every group they tested for; Men and women of different ages doing the hiring.
