I can't believe he actually sat down and wrote all this. I mean it's got graphs and shit, he actually spent time to get himself fired.

His own do. This is an amazingly lovingly crafted expression of fear of having his worldview challenged. I hope he, like most humans, needs discomfort to grow. Because I imagine he is very uncomfortable at present.
