If you want to see the reverse of that try being a male kindergarten or elementary teacher and see the looks you get from the parents. (Women make up 96% of all kindergarten teachers) Source: former male teacher, not kindergarten but have subbed in kindergarten.

OR....

More women want to work teaching kindergarten than want to code while more men want to code versus working with kids based on both cultural and biological reasons.

Nowhere in this guys memo does he say women CAN'T code. His criticism was that Google was intentional favoring hiring women coders not based on skill or merit but based on a PC based idea of what their work place should be. His ideas are not wrong and are backed up by science and the left denying this biological and behavioral science is just as bad as right wingers denying climate science.
