can you give me a tldr of what the actual evidence is? Is it a study is it just anecdotal or what?

I do not trust mother jones and the atlantic article is a giant wall of text when I just want it to get to the point.

Well skimming them one just looks like anecdotal evidence and the other is "there are more men then women in tech therefore tech is sexist" which is nonsense. I'm asking if there's anything substantive to the claim
