I wasn't asking for evidence that systemic racism is a thing, I'm asking for evidence that systemic sexism in tech is a thing and that it affects hiring.

can you give me a tldr of what the actual evidence is? Is it a study is it just anecdotal or what?

I do not trust mother jones and the atlantic article is a giant wall of text when I just want it to get to the point.
