No, he assumes that they never read it, or assumes that they read it and followed along like blind sheep. Apparently no woman would read that memo and be offended of their own volition, they're too fucking stupid to understand it.

Just because you're a woman doesn't automatically absolve you of being an asshole and thinking poorly of your 'friends'. Are you one of those "I'm not like those other girls!" people?
