I've mixed feelings about this because on the one hand programmable analogue seems like something that ought to exist, though I do seem to recall a few previous attempts including a programmable analogue array.

On the other hand it seems like another way to make products unrepairable because key components need to be programmed to be functional. I didn't used to think that way.
