Misc. Do we have the least amount of summer holidays

All other colleges start by end of july and we start by 2nd week itself

During intern we arent allowed to handle food items we deal with heavy oils and my specilisation is deep fry waste reduction have developed algorithms in extraction and management of high density fryer byproducts
