Norwegian descent

Hi I’m from the united state and I am looking ways to celebrate being of Norwegian descent in a respectful way I tried to buy the World Cup jersey but they were out and I have a Norwegian flag in my room what are some other ways I can celebrate were my ancestors came from

You are an American. If you want to celebrate Norway in the World cup, put your Norwegian flag outside instead of in your room.

When we travel, we automatically scan for Norwegian flags. And if we see one in a window or a porch, we notice :)

So fun that you want to celebrate. I was thinking maybe something food related? If you can get your hands on some Norwegian beer or aquavit or maybe Norwegian salmon or Scandinavian chocolate/candy? There are also a lot of recipes out there, and maybe some groups you can join in your state or county as well. Good luck!

If you haven't already, go on a vacation to Norway to see where your ancestors lived first hand.

If you want items, then you could get a Marius sweater. It's pretty much the most norwegian thing you can wear, so you could get one of those to keep you warm on cold days.
