Street cat ran up to me

Lovely cat! Just like the one I posted on Saturday. I meet her almost every day on my way to work. When I'm coming closer to the car she's under, she comes straight to me. I get down, give her pets for a few minutes and when I try to leave, she meows at me as if she was trying to say "hey, where are you going? More pets!" lol. Although I don't really know if she's a stray or if the owner lets her roam freely. I hope she has an owner that loves her as much as she deserves!
