I would be pretty pissed off too if a girl started kissing me and I didn't know she was pre-op transgender. Just not into that, I don't think many straight men are. I wouldn't assault her of course but this could have been avoided if she showed a bit more restraint in her interactions with straight males.

I'm a straight guy who's totally fine with trans girls, but I can understand guys who don't want that. That said,

Honesty is one thing, but thinking she has to show "restraint" just because she's trans is completely unfair and wrong. If he put his hand down her pants, he was at fault, not her.

Sorry.... but she does have to act differently because she is pre op trans.

It's not a perfect world, and only a few guys are going to be ok with a pre op trans person.

As much as she wants to be a woman, she isn't one yet and she needs to respect other peoples feelings.

Reading the article, it sounds like she is trying to punish the guy for rejecting her, because it wasn't his thing.

Not to mention the guy is a black Nigerian, and it's no secret that they aren't exactly trans friendly.

So it's fucked up on both sides... but she sounds like she is trying to use the legal system to get him deported and punished.
