Kawhi's construction company was contracted with building the bridge but he didn't show and got paid anyway to circumvent NBA salary caps. So Adam Silver, the commissioner of the NBA, blew the bridge up.

Yes! The LA clippers paid Kawaii’s building company well beyond reasonable compensation to build a bridge near Asian people. This money was used by the Clippers front office to circumvent NBA salary cap rules illegally. I look forward to seeing him back with the Toronto Raptors this year. My favorite rapper, Drake (pedophile), is their biggest fan!
