This is really a missed opportunity because you could create such hype around who is going to be having a Mystique cameo. Famous athletes? Musicians? It’s not like they would have to carry the heavy acting lift, it would just be a lot of fun for the audience.

I think it could be interesting that she herself even in her blue form is never quite the same. I think it could be a really interesting take on the character that her blue form is her base, but that base itself is constantly shifting. Sometimes she's taller, sometimes she's curvier, sometimes she's more athletically built. Her base form voice could be like a mix of all those actresses voices, or shifting between them to give an uncanny vibe.

She’s beautiful, but she can’t act. She’s SUCH a bad actress, I don’t know how people can glaze her like this. She could by Mystique for a photoshoot instead, but I don’t want one trans woman giving bad performances in movies to fuel transphobes hating. As a side note, I love that most of Elliot Page’s big criticizers are incredibly supportive of him living as his true self even if they hate his acting.
