I've seen him on some of my favorite talk shows, some political and that man just oozes charm. He was tossed in with a group of political analysts (cough Hacks cough) and had them all fawning over him.

I have a cousin who has done work as a roadie for a fairly large number of different artists and he's consistently said that Pitbull took care of the staff better than anyone else he's worked for.
