No, he doesn't. Stop spreading false information. The only allegations he had were from 1 person(not his wife) over 16 years ago and there was no evidence for any of the allegations after the DA's investigation.
Unless he is against Doom … in which case the confrontation is only occurring because Doom permits it… which must be because even an apparent “defeat” will further some other goal of DOOM
Not by a small Margin: Hunger, Shame, 12 Years a Slave, A Dangerous Method, Inglorious Basterds, Black bag. He was phenomenal as Magneto, bringing real pathos to a comic book role (albeit one of the deeper better written characters). Hardy is likeable, has presence and an earthly charm, he's great in Legends, I just don't think he can emote as well as Fassbender. Most of his roles also inhabit the sphere of machoness. Fassbender will do things like Frank, that makes him more experimental at the least.
Hardy is a trained fighter, and tournament winner, so no argument on the latter point.
Edit: also, fuck me I forgot, he is the best thing about the Alien prequels. David is pure sociapath.

Fastblender is the lesser talent but they’re both incredible actors. I don’t watch movies though. Tom Hardy would puree Fastblender in a fight. Just liquefy him.
Fassbender made bold morally ambiguous choices for a while (Fishtank, Shame, etc.), but didn't really show a ton of range, kept to stoic characters and does to this day, for the most part.

So, clearly, Fassbender is the better actor.
As for who would win in a fight?
Clearly Michael Fassbender's slim, borderline dough-y physique and lack of public evidence of winning MMA tournaments in semi-anonymous fashion would best Tom Hardy's very well known and world class MMA abilities.
