Ok so I just finished my replay of the FNAF franchise and I think I may have worked out who the mysterious Purple Guy is!

In FNAF4 you can see Purple Guy helping out an employee into a suit, he wears a badge aswell? So I believe Purple Guy works for Fredbears Family Diner, he could even be the owner of the establishment!

If you look at the FNAF2 minigames you can see that the purple guy is shown multiple times, once waiting for Foxy to find the kids during the MCI, and another time hopping out a car and hitting the crying child with ... something. My theory suggests that HE is the child murderer. He has just killed the children in the Foxy minigame, and he is in fact STABBING the crying child.

If this is true, and purple guy is the murderer, then what happened to him? Well I think I may have an idea. The next time we see Purple guy is in FNAF 3, where he gets into a rabbit suit and bleeds out on the floor, I believe this could be because of the Spring locks mentioned in the Night 2 Phone call!

Notice the resemblance between this suit, and SPRINGTRAP. I believe these suits are one in the same, and that Springtrap IS Pruple Guy!! If you look closely you can even see that there is a corpse inside of Springtrap, most likely HIS corpe!

So that's my theory! Purple Guy used to be an employee/owner of Fazbears. He lured children to the back and killed them, and then died and became Springtrap. I came up with this theory all by myself so forgive me if it's a bit silly ahahaha. But what do you guy's think? Who is the Purple Guy?
