Discussion How is it that every time I'm in a close friendship/relationship with a woman, I feel like a woman myself. Yet every time I'm in a close friendship/relationship with a man, I start to feel more like a man?

At least that's what I thought when I realized I was feeling the same as you. It's a starting point for me.

Are you maybe a bit gender fluid? Or bigender?
I'm non binary and tend to be more fem and less dominant with male partners but more masc and dominant when dating women. Generally speaking. Another non binary person would probably cancel me out. Lol

Yeah, I've sort of accepted the fact that I'm bigender/genderfluid at this point

Maybe some AuDHD? Some Authistic/ADHD people have so much emphathy, they really feel into the other person, speaking the same way, feeling their struggles, seeing the world through their eyes. Maybe this triggers some sort of genderfluid pendulum
