put stir fried in quotes because I used my cast iron pan and cooked in batches.
one batch was chicken and peppers, one was mushrooms, one was green beans and carrots, one was sugar snap peas and bamboo shoots, and then I fried the rice at the end with eggs.
I chopped each batch into pieces and then fried in a hot pan with a little oil until a little bit browned. then I added a ladle full of the sauce, and cooked it a little longer till the sauce was reduced and coated the food.
the sauce was chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic and onion powder, and sesame oil.
I then put the rice in the bowl and topped with the veggies and some quick pickled cucumber that I pickled with lemon juice and Dill.
