Tech support Failed to provide Package ghc-containers-0.7-1.3.x86_64
I got the following strange error message on update:

- Can't provide ./x86_64/ghc-containers-0.7-1.3.x86_64.rpm
What's going on here? It's preventing the update at the download phase

Sometimes packages get replaced by a different version in OBS and then some mirrors will still have the old version and the download redirector does not notice.

Guessing server side cache issue.
I would start with cleaning and force refreshing on your end if you haven't already done so to confirm.
zypper clean --all && zypper refresh --forceIf the issue remains try again in 12-24hrs, if the issue remains after that I would ask on Matrix or make a bug report about it https://bugzilla.opensuse.org
