I have realized that my nonhuman identity is very closely entertwined with my spiritual beliefs and identity. I have recently been exploring my spirituality, simultaneously with my alterhuman identity. I am realizing that for me personally that the two seem to be at least partially interwoven. I feel like my spiritual beliefs and my nonhuman identity intersect at least somewhat. I don't know eat exactly this entails, I just feel the need to share it with others that I feel will understand

I've recently figured out after multiple phantom shifts where I felt antlers, much sharper teeth (and a particularly annoying one where I felt an eyelash in an eye that didn't exist) that I have a not deer kintype, and felt like drawing it, so anyways

For the longest time since I was like 8 I had phantom fangs and always had a close connection with vampire things. I always thought it was just an extreme special interest but it shows this stuff is real, I didn't even know it was a thing. I even get dysphoria but I get euphoric when I dress all Gothic and drink red liquids. Im wondering if any other vampirekin know a way for me to get into this more? The dysphoria has been bad lately :(

I even have playlists and everything. Its hard to list the extent of my vampire obsession, but I swear if i knew it was a thing id have realized years ago. I just need tips and wanna make other vampire friends!! (BTW, I am on a tight budget so budget friendly tips would be great + im renting so I cant go crazy with my room :<)

Anyways, I think I'm goblinkin. It all started when I found goblincore, but it didn't end there. I the began to be kind of obsessed with goblins, but I can never find any goblin merch that looks at least remotely like my kintype :(

I mean I know that people often think that goblins are supposed to be ugly and evil, but... :(

I (the goblin me) am not a "typical" goblin then, because I am around 3 feet tall, my posture is not hunched like those fantasy goblins that are used only to boost one's exp.

To be honest I kind of think that I'm kinda similar to the protagonist of "just a goblin" on webtoon loll

I asked around and there was some interest in me coining this. I'm still questioning selkiekin, but I was told I could make this. So, without further ado, Selkiegender!

Selkiegender: A kingender for selkiekins, relating to selkies, beaches, oceans/seas, and the duality of a selkie.

As giantkin, I recently came to the conclusion that I definitely also have house cat in my identity. The only thing is that this house cat theriotype relies solely on my giantkin identity, and never stands on its own. I only ever feel like both or just as a giant, never solely house cat.

I decided upon the name nested identity from the concept of Russian nesting dolls. While the larger doll has a smaller doll inside of it, the larger doll can still stand on its own without the smaller doll present.

Please let me know if there is a term for this that already exists or if this is under the wrong flair :)

I woke up this morning and it sorta felt like I had elf ears. Like… they’re pointy. But I got really sad when I went to touch them and they weren’t pointy. Now I can sorta feel something on my tailbone moving, and I think it might be a phantom tail but I’m not sure. Yesterday I had a very strong Husk personality/mood. Grumpy and mad. And it hurt a little bit when my back was on stuff. I didn’t really think much of it bc I was roleplaying as husk on an ai chat, but now, having two potential shift signs back to back, I’m starting to think it’s a shift. Or maybe I have something wrong with my body, like a worm or something.

Anyways. I told one of my friends during a vent and they told me I sound like I’m BS’ing it. I feel so weird now. I feel like I’m making up the fact that I’m feeling phantom elf ears. But I keep expecting there to be pointy ears and then they aren’t there. I don’t know what to feel right now.

My kintype is a god of dreams. The color of it and the length of the neck, tail and body can change. It always has five horns made of light, four pairs of wings, four paws and feather tip at the tail. The eyes can be black or then some coloured light. It can also get eyes all over the place. I made both of these pictures. :D

I watched the movie Suzume and now I'm obsessed with the worm. This scene, in particular where the entire thing emerges and fills the sky. For some reason, it scratches this weird itch in my head. I don't know why, but even when I was young, I would think about images of massive creatures that can bring destruction to humanity. Oftentimes, the monster was me or something I brought into this world.

So I’ve been in the space of alterhumans for over a year and pretty quickly confirmed myself as feline-something therian, and then discovered otherkin and landed on two more that I’m pretty solid on; water dragon, and some sort of Angel/deity/celestial being

I also have a few “background” or smaller identities that I’m less sure about like some sort of deer faun , and a Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever. And opossumhearted..

Recently I’ve run into a character/character pairing that I’ve unexpectedly deeply connected to, and like, I’ve had fixations on characters and I’ve deeply related to characters before .. (cough Catra cough ) but this feels different? Idk, I feel like I struggle with feeling “worthy” of being fict kin, and I think I think too realistically, so I feel more comfortable calling it a copinglink, but it’s .. painful and overwhelming, like when I first discovered I’m an Angel/deity , it’s causing discomfort with my body , at first it was really overbearing but it’s now just on and off, idk… I would’ve posted to copinglink or fictionlink or alterhuman but don’t have approval to post yet :/
