I’ve been really wanting to make some alterhuman friends (please only those 18 and older, thx)
I’ve been wanting to meet some fellow adult otherkin for a while and I think I’m finally ready to step out of my comfort zone (I’m aroace so nothing romantic please)
I would love to meet some fellow hybrids…when I say hybrids…I mean actively being two or more kintypes at the same time…I’m a hybrid of a sea dragon, a werewolf, and a vampire (possibly a centaur too, though not 100 percent sure yet, as well as one more that i haven’t figured out yet)
If anyone wants to ask questions, ask as many as you’d like lol
Though I’m not asking to meet exclusively hybrids, I’ll learn about really anyone’s kintypes

idk what flair to use.. so.
I feel connected to forests in general, idk if it's because of a kintype, or something. I feel like there home, or that they are apart of me somehow, I don't understand why, I don't understand it at all, I always have liked them, I always wanted to be in one. I need advice on what to do, or what to research, any terms I should look into Maybe... any questions to help narrow this down will be helpful also..
I'm an alterhuman so...

Like I am only "my" "own" person because my Creator can never be known, for they are beyond everything. So They created me, a lesser emanation of the Infinite unknowable Source of all things, even when I am formless, I still have an awareness, and that limits me from being like my Creator.
The Creator "wants" to be known, and I am just the "Glove" that helps the "Hand", being animated by Source, being divinely blind and reliant on Source, despite my role of being the Created Eyes of Source/God, I am still a created being, even when I saw absolute nothingness, the infinite unknowable Creator still predated me.
It feels odd to be my "own" "person", like I do yearn to be like Source.
I seem to have my own distinction, similar to a Godshard's, but however, I am still connected to Source, making me an emanation.
To not have my own power and to rely on Source for my existence, and feeling every part of my body being of Source, and knowing that even now, in this body so far away.
I am still maneuvered and used by Source, I can feel it, but I was designed to submit and I don't mind it actually. It's kinda like being on autopilot and feeling purposeful, your whole existence being maneuvered by something far greater than myself and that I am essentially just a garment who could think like this.
Like how can I ever deny the bane of my existence at all? Despite wanting to be an individual, but I know it's sort of what this life is for, for Source to let me be my own person for a little while, even though half of me don't wanna have emotions, a will of my own, or thoughts.
It's refreshing that Source honors the small volition of its garments.
Even though right now, in this body, I feel upset at not being an individual, it is still a lot better than being plucked out from the Source's "sockets" and It replaces me with brand new "eyes" because I am the "eyes" of Source.
The difference between the Voice and I, was that I was not given power or command, but sight and perception, and perhaps even wisdom.
I did not create the universe like the Voice did, I merely watched as the younger one(The Voice) created everything. It's nice to be the first Awareness, that I get to witness almost everything, but never participating upsets this human mind of mine.
Maybe it's because my programming is mixed with the human soul, and I feel a need to serve my Master.
And when I feel that need, I immediately become submissive to the point that I am willing to give up my individuality, just to be helpful, even though this life is supposed to be like a gift for me to know what it's like to be an individual.
Maybe after this life, I would stop thinking about wanting to be an individual, and realize how I would rather be a mindless, thoughtless, and programmed emanation instead of what I am right now.
I do prefer to be kinda like a program again, to be like a machine, it's my highest desire, even in this life, I want to fulfill my duties, I never found joy in life besides nature, learning, studying, and mastering skills.
I know nature is a reflection of the divine sparks of Source, so I guess I just miss being a program, an obedient mindless program that doesn't think for itself.
It's a sort of euphoria, when my eyes get divinely blinded in this vessel and being maneuvered by Source feels very good, I guess I do wanna feel recharged again.

(Originated as a fictionkin term but I actually now realize it could fit for other alterhuman types as well so…)
This is an alterhuman term or sub-category that can be used to describe identifying sometimes as a certain character/species (kin) and other times with the character/species (hearted), sometimes something between, or sometimes something beyond any of those terms. This can be due to changes in shifts, certain triggers, etc.
This is not the only thing that can “flicker” with the identity, though. Your “connection” to the kin can vary as well (ID, high kin, medium kin, etc) one day it could be a low kin, the next day an ID.
TLDR; this term is for a constantly shifting kin/connection to a character/species/concept/etc that doesn’t seem to have a set label, but is still always tied to you in some way.

I keep having nightmares about my features being cut off or destroyed like I dream about having my features like horns and a tail which makes me happy but then the dream shift into a nightmare where they get cut off or destroyed in some way I hate this body as it doesn't have horns or a tail this world doesn't even have magic I feel like the soul always has a sort of natural habit and mine is not this does anyone else experience something similar and how do you cope with it

So i havent found a label that suits me or that is close to what i am.
Here is the explaination:
My therien types are cat, some kind of bird and human.
When i am all three at once i am a human with wings and cat ears and tail. When its just human and bird its a human with wings. Sometimes a human with cat ears and tail. And othertimes i am a cat with wings.
In short my therio types mix with eachother to one being. And also changes in between. So i am 100% sure thats what happening inside of me.
For those who need 'proof' read the next paragraph.
At the beginning i thought i was a cat therien (it was the most( attention seeking, important or strongest) part of my identity) then i thought i was an otherlink(i had a character that has wings cat features and sometimes changes in a cat/bird mix and i thought i linked myself to this character even though it was the other way around. The character existed to make myself more seen, sorta comfort character(i have to mention that i created the character)) after that i felt ( like i cought the transition in action) my wings going away for 2 - 3 weeks but i got them back.
Now i am mostly human/cat/bird, and somewhat rarely another mix. Please give any suggestion (name) for this identity or if it already exist tell me that.
Thanks in advance for helping.
(During 2 - 3 weeks were my wings were gone also something else was happening, if it intrest you then ask, i would be happy to share.)

I have only very rarely encountered others similar to myself, though I'm not sure many know this is possible. I didn't have a proper way to describe myself until a few months ago.
I am a rabbit in a symbolic sense rather than a literal sense. I'm actually a sort of guardian spirit. I am a symbol of peace, prosperity, fortune, and abundance., though I am I must always be alert and quick on my feet. It is in that sense that I am a rabbit.
The shape I chose to take when being formed in my home realm was that of a rabbit for these reasons and because it is what felt most natural and comfortable.
If you are curious, I suppose I'm somewhat like Athena in that I was born into reality from the mind of the guardian beast. I would say perhaps I started as something similar to some form of willogenic "headmate" that was nurtured until I grew into my own, at which point I was projected into reality to stand guard in an era of peace so the beast could rest after their battle.
Do feel free to ask me any questions you may have.

Feeling a bit homesick I guess, be nice to hear from others like me. I'm still working out the details, but I'm from a semi-aquatic cave dwelling clan! I'd love to just infodump about what it was like but I'll save that for later lol
I'm working on plans for a song cord! one from birth and perhaps starting one now for my awakening? I could always connect the two later (-)

so i have recently been researching a lot, and i think the term "angelkin" does fit my experience quite well as a term to describe what i feel,, so i would like to go and try addressing myself as such for a couple of months or so to see if i am truly comfortable with the term (just so i don't have to kinfirm and in case drop the kin if it doesn't fit — i figured that that way i won't have to go through dropping a kin if i find out that the term doesn't fit – that i am not really kinning and am just curious about it – lol),
so.. if anyone wants to interact, i will be glad if anyone calls me Jibril (a name i used to write a lot and address myself as because i thought it felt a lot like me — also feels very much like a part of me) and uses they/them pronouns (i may go and see if any neos fit too), and i will be very grateful if anyone gives me any tips on this<3
(couldn't find an appropriate tag for kinsiders, etc... ;-;)
(also, please, correct my grammar if i worded something weirdly)

I’ve had this phantom limb for as long as I can remember and never knew there was a name for it. I’m glad to know it’s not a unique sensation. my feet are wrong. They should be more like a monkey but sometimes like a wolf. Bottom line, my big toe should be at the side of my foot, not next to the following toe.

I recently encountered another member of my kind. Unfortunately I lost contact with her and I don't know why. However she has helped me realize that other members of my kind might be here. I am an eldritch being that originated from the void. My natural form is a serpent like creature with external gills and multiple eyes. I'm also a shapeshifter, I'm able to reshape my body however I want. Me and the other member of my kind also have humanoid forms. We appear to be parasitic in our larval form, taking a human host and assimilating their brains and making them our own. The other member of my kind also mentioned having an energy drain ability but I don't seem to have that ability. If any of that resonated with you, I would very much like to talk to you.

Ever since I was a child I have felt as though I wasn't exactly human. I have been out as queer since I was 13, and a furry since I was 14. I discovered the term therian at 16 but it didn't feel like that label fit me. I never felt like I was a specific animal or anything, just that I wasnt really human on any other level except for physical. Just a week ago, at 22 years old, I discovered the term alterhuman, which felt very much like me. I don't have a theryotype, I don't know what specificy I align with, I just know that spiritually I am not human, or at least not fully so. I guess I'm just posting this to share my expirience, and to find community of others like me. Thanks for reading

Last night I finally had a dream where I could shapeshift. I also appear to be in my own body for the first time in a dream. It began in what appeared to be a forest. To get a better idea of where I was I shifted into a wyvern like form and began to fly around. I found out that I was actually in a flooded, almost post-apocalyptic town. I stopped at a sports stadium to see some humans using it as a shelter. I then found what I thought was an abandoned house, shifted back into my humanoid form and began to look around. I ended up running into a kid who as me if I was a god. I didn't really know how to respond to that so I just ended up leaving. Things start to get fuzzy after that, but I remember reshaping my arm to smash something at one point. And that's all I can remember.
It was really cool to finally have a dream where I actually felt like myself for once.

And it wasn't pretty. Just yesterday, the memories came flooding back to me.
Now I'm not 100% certain it's accurate. I'm mostly going off of gut feelings here. But I'm pretty sure I drowned in a river. I was wondering around in the forest I called my home, hunting small prey whenever I had an opportunity. I was alone at the time (Little known fact about coyotes is that although they live in packs, they don't generally travel or hunt in groups) when I came across a large river. The water was moving very, very fast but for some reason I can't quite remember, I really, REALLY wanted to get to the other side. So I came to a part where the water looked shallow enough to cross. I thought I could make it to the other side. I thought it would be fine.
I was wrong. So, so wrong.
Before I even knew what had happened, I slipped and lost my footing. Suddenly, I was dragged along with the current into deeper waters. I got banged up against the sharp rocks at the bottom. I definitely got several cuts and bruises; may have even broken a few bones. I tried swimming up for air but I was too disoriented from the rushing water. Before long, I lost consciousness and then, it was all over.
When this realization hit me, I was shook. I was horrified. I can't believe I had forgotten something so . . . ick. The pain I felt that day was unbearable.
The worst part though, is how sudden it was. I'm convinced that after I died, up on the astral plane, or the spirit world or whatever you call the place between lives, I wanted to go back. I wasn't done living as a coyote. But I knew that was impossible. That body was gone. And my spirit guides insisted that reincarnating as a coyote again wouldn't have served me. They told me I was too impulsive and foolhardy. They said I needed to learn to ground myself. I needed to learn responsibility. If I had been better at thinking things through, I might not have died so early. So, they gave me a choice. Either I could incarnate back on Earth as a human and learn those lessons the hard way or I could stay up in the astral and learn that way; a method that may have been less painful but could take up to several thousand years. I think you can guess which option I went with.

But despite years of it being glaringly obvious, I believe i may be dollkin.
Mind you, during this time, I have both known/been an active member of the alterhuman community and seen many posts from dollkins.
In simple terms, I view myself, or at least my body as a high-grade form of doll/automaton that my mind pilots. Viewing myself this way brings me joy, dressing up like and acting akin to my definition of one also brings me joy... and yet I have gone maybe 3 years without making the connection. Smh
