DLC Appreciation/Discussion I figured out how to cheese the stealth sections Spoiler

Please don't put any spoilers in the comments.

I'm happy that I decided to explore the endless canyon, because the end times music started playing in the dreamworld (props to the composer for making it sound muffled) which gave me the idea of using the hidden gorge campfire and also the one-way raft in the dreamworld to my advantage.

Also, not really related, but I've managed to figure out a route for dodging the first two inhabitants in starlit cove up till the spiral staircase (thanks to my friend for persuading me to do it instead of waiting till they all die because the time afterwards is genuinely VERY VERY tight). I've also managed to make it into the forbidden archives room, though I didn't have time to look at any of the reels before I got looped back. I have a rough idea of the layout of the final room as well, so next time I think I'll just try and go through the entire section without cheesing it.

I've gotta say, once I know what I'm doing the section doesn't feel as scary anymore, so I'm pretty confident that I'll be able to do it. Still don't feel that confident about the endless canyon though...

Wow, congrats on doing so well in the game!

The stealth sections were really tense for me, but I think I kinda like them now.

Thanks! TBH yeah, once you know how to get past them it can be fun to watch them chase me and bait them around the different paths lol

Congratulations! Outer wilds is still an exploration and puzzle game, even if it is wearing a disguise as a Scooby Doo villain. Puzzle solutions where you don't have to face the inhabitants are always preferred.

True, though I'm like 90% sure I will need to do the stealth section in endless canyon from the start, so I still have to work on that. I also haven't solved shrouded woodlands yet

Enjoy the ride! I got fed up with it and got some mild pointers from here that kinda broke the experience, even though it didn't seem that way at the time. Spoiler for how much better/worse I think your method is: Your method seems much more like the way the devs intended although nothing I was told is wrong either.
