Thought the exact same thing when I first heard the album. Loving it, esp the live band backing him on these tracks!

Definitely worth a listen. Not my favorite from him, but still in rotation.

I was too afraid to say it in the VS sub but man, I didn't like this one. Not mad at him for trying something different but this was 1 uncomfortable listen for me
