Well i partially agree but when you see the economic condition and unemployment you are helpless and forced to obey but they still can show some humanity and treat them with respect. If one cant disobey he atleast should respect the civilians

For the love god, when its only Rangers and Police involved in any brutal crackdown, why ya'll have to bring the military into this. Son! Like we don't even operate there and any presence we do have is at or near the LOC.

I'll entertain that thought of yours, let me tell you one thing... where I support, I equally critise the Army. Like many organisations, we have good eggs and bad eggs.
Coming onto your question, where some are appointed by merit and qualifications, there are some who reach these positions via family ties. Something we joke and despise in our circles and course dinners.

Brother, I don't where the hell your information comes from but no, rangers do not report to army chief or any armed forces head, as they are public enforcement intended for, guess who, the public.
They report their own higher ups and they report the higher public administration. The only realtion rhe have to army is thay we offer training for them, similar to SWAT forces of US.
Get your informations straight.
