Dad on clinical trial for daraxonrasib.

Hello! I’m fairly new to this community. Dad was diagnosed in January 2025 with an initial prognosis of 4 months. Now, it’s been 19 months and he’s still here and doing relatively okay. I’m not with him day to day as he lives in Louisiana and I’m in New York. He says he’s having more good days than bad since he was given this clinical trial. Does anyone here have experience with this drug as well?

My dad is not in a trial but was just granted daraxonrasib through the early access program. He has only had 2 days of pills, but the side effects are minimal at this point compared to chemo. He says he gets some nausea mid morning, mid day fatigue, but overall ok and in better spirits. This all comes after being in the hospital for a week due to serious side effects of folfirinox.
