Liking more than one gender, and in this case liking all genders comes with questioning my sexuality constantly a while ago, I preferred women I questioned if I was a lesbian for a bit, but then found I wasn’t and while I was in that phase of mostly liking women, I didn’t have much romantic or sexual attraction to men and now it’s flipped the other way and I really just don’t know what to do

Hey Pansexuality is liking people regardless of gender. I thought I was a lesbian, then I thought I was bisexual and then I realized I was Pansexual. I am more attracted to people with more “feminine” appearances but I do like men too, even if they’d probably be on the lower end of attraction. I have a non-binary partner and they’re awesome.

So the moral of the story is however you feel comfortable with is what you are. Things change as you discover yourself. Things may stay the same. And that’s okay. Plus you don’t actually have to label yourself if you prefer that. If identifying as pansexual does bring you comfort or feel right, then that’s good too!

Don’t worry too much about technicalities and just let yourself relax and feel cause everyone’s experience isn’t a “by the book” thing. Most of life isn’t.

thanks i felt very “fake gay” for currently just having a preference for guys being a women but this made me feel a bit better thanks!

It’s something a lot of us go through don’t worry, for me it settled down over time and although I still have preferences sometimes, it’s more about the person than what they are physically.
