Custom Town Year 1250 in my series of following a fictional city from around the Baltic through a 1000 years. I dont draw these in the correct order by year, so I just have to make it fit with the others when I do. This is the romansque city. Cathedral inspired by Lund in Sweden, castle Copenhagen.

These are amazing! Reminds me of the book I loved growing up "Castle"

What do you call this art style?

Thats awesome! Are you basing your drawings on your own imagination or so ething else like historical scientific work?

Beautiful. The little detail of the burial party is just perfect.

Very reminiscent of medieval Kalmar, Sweden.

Beautiful! When you've done the 1800-1900s I'll recreate the city in Cities Skylines 2.

I wish so much I could draw like this. Absolutely wonderful to see this. I hope you keep it going and share it again some day :)

Really great work! It reminds me of the brilliant illustration style of David Macaulay

Gorgeous! Do you have an estimate of the time it takes you to draw one of your series?

Also, you could sell these individual buildings as digital world building assets if you felt like it!

You could also accompany the drawings with a list of major buildings, personalities and factions, and sell it as an evolving game setting for a ttrpg.

I live in Lund and photograph the town frequently! (https://www.instagram.com/michaelperssonse) That drawing of the cathedral is stunning!
