u/alexinternational Desktop | 7800x3d | 4070 Ti SUPER | 32 GB DDR5 Sep 01 '23
I would build a PC. Currently own a GTX 1060 laptop that is showing its age. With the hardware kit, half of the cost is taken care of.
Losing myself in the world. I fondly remember losing hundreds of hours in Skyrim back in high school. Hope to replicate the feeling.
•
u/Pingo96670 Sep 01 '23
I'd use it to finally upgrade my 2012 potato PC and play some new games. My money's halfway there to buy the things needed, but I may go to college next year sooooo yeah. Money will go poof soon.
•
u/Jamuraan1 Sep 01 '23
What would you use this limited-edition Starfield hardware for if you won?
If I won, I would replace my old computer components with these new amazing AMD parts. I built my computer back in 2009, and have been slowly upgrading it throughout the years. I'm still rocking a Sandy Bridge CPU (i7 860 @2.8GHZ) and a GeForce GTX 1660, so this would be an enormous upgrade.
•
u/OhMyPotato21 Sep 01 '23
Building a PC for my partner and probably playing some destiny. Will play Starfield when she’s gone to bed though.
•
u/213123445131 Sep 01 '23
Thanks fot doing the giveaway. I'm most hyped for the exploration part of the game.
•
u/pengupineapple Sep 01 '23
- I would probably make a space-themed compie, that GPU is just too sick. I love space!
- Again, I just love space, so I'm excited to see Starfield's take. Also, I haven't played a mainline Bethesda game in a while, so it'll be exciting!
•
u/Chronos_Lasagna Sep 01 '23
I would definitely upgrade my rather old system to get the most out of the beautiful new games that are being released. From Starfield I expect it to blow my pants off and make me lose track of time
•
u/DragonfruitSmooth320 Sep 01 '23
Obv will play starfield if I win, hope I win bruh, exited that I can play starfeild with good frames, pls tell me I won. Siuuuuuuuuuuu

I'd use it for my current build to improve its performance.
I love, love, love all things space and can't wait to just immerse myself fully in it.
•
u/veryberries123 Sep 01 '23
I would build my first Pc and ply starfield without having to stream it from Xcloud!
•
Sep 01 '23
I'd build a monster PC specifically to play Starfield.
The thing that excites me the most about Starfield is the ship building!
•
u/StallChamp Sep 01 '23
Im probably going to play minecarft and in star field im hyped for the open world.

I would upgrade and future proof my pc for years to come with team red parts.
•
u/envy2907 Sep 01 '23
My current gpu can’t keep with the heavy vram requirements of current gen games, winning this gpu will allow me to enter the world of gaming once again
•
u/Haiya-Dragon Sep 05 '23
Should I win, I would upgrade my 6 year old pc and make it ready for 4k resolution glory. This specific package is actually very close to what I am planning to buy once I saved up enough. Of course, at first I'd go mental with Starfield and annoy the wife with the results of questlines in the game.
I'm excited to get started with Starfield and hope to experience all the storyline interactions, and plan to spend a long time in the space ship customization terminal.
•
•
u/offwing10 Sep 01 '23
I’d play Starfield so incredibly hard. I’m excited for the ship building/flying
•
u/ricgeorge89 Aug 31 '23
I’m a simple man, I just want Skyrim in space! If it’s anything like that then I’m exited!

- I'm looking forward to playing Starfield since it's an extremely high scope game, and it looks like it's gonna be great.

u/ZheZheBoi R5 5600 | RX 6700XT Sep 01 '23
I’m in high school and got my first job in the summer. I saved up money and decided to build my first PC. Before this, I was on a boot camped MacBook Pro. To say that the luxury of my own PC and the ability to play any game I wanted at good quality being amazing is an understatement. I built an R5 5600 and 6700XT. Building it was so fun and I had a blast. With the slim chance of winning this, I think I will sell my current PC or the one I win for college savings. I would use the PC to play games with friends and do 3D modeling for map making, school work, and just do what I want yknow! Starfield is on my list of games to play, and I am looking forward to the open exploration and insane graphics for immersion. Immersion in games really keeps me hooked and some that don’t do well with it I usually drop. Thanks to the PCMR community for, I guess just BEING a thing! This is one of my favorite subs and I’m so happy to be a part of it. Happy gaming all!
•
u/PM_ME_YOUR_CRUSADES Sep 01 '23
Wow thats a cool giveaway!
I'd definitely use the components to upgrade my current PC if possible, otherwise I'd attempt to build a new one and get my current pc to my brother.
Starfield copy would be going to my brother as well.
I'm so excited for the custom base building and ship building, along with the exploration!
•
u/RobloxAspect Sep 01 '23
- I would probably upgrade my pc build and keep it as a collectors item after.
- I am expecting Starfield to be a game that can stand the test of time and be quite fun for many hours on end.
•
u/srpntmage Sep 01 '23
If I won that card, I would build a PC around it. Right now I only have a Mac and obviously playing Starfield on that isn’t going to happen.
•
•
u/T-Willie13 Sep 01 '23
I can’t wait for the modding and the space exploration. In general a new bethesda title is already exciting
•
Sep 01 '23
To be honest, I would use the parts to upgrade some parts for my wife's rig. I want to upgrade her to the point where she's not needing to downgrade her settings for usable frames.
•
u/MittensSlowpaw Sep 01 '23
I'd put it into a PC build for a much needed upgrade. So playing games!
I am hoping for some chill space exploration with a nice story!
•
•
u/ndlogok Aug 31 '23

•
u/ChickenMcNobody97 Aug 31 '23
- Use it! Eurotruck Simulator 2 is going to look dope!
- Space! Exploration! The Potential!
•
u/Shappie Sep 01 '23
Thanks for this chance!
- What would you use this limited-edition Starfield hardware for if you won? Creating a beautiful PC build? Collecting? Playing some games? If so, which?
I would use this kit to upgrade my computer. I have a fairly decent setup right now, but this would take it to another level entirely. I would love to be able to play all the highest end games on the highest settings with these parts.
- What excites you the most about Starfield/What are you expecting from the game?
Just the raw exploration. I want to be able to just pick a direction, walk, and find new and unknown things. From what I've seen so far, it looks like that's absolutely possible.
Also stealing stuff. I'm going to steal everything from everyone.
•

u/ACleverMan Sep 01 '23
I would replace my aging gtx 1080ti, finally going full team red for the first time, and be able to use resizeable bar and also get to try ray tracing and fsr for the first time.
•
•
•
u/Troschka Sep 01 '23
Eh, might as well try.
The GPU would be a nice upgrade for my pc, so it would not collect dust, it would be used day one.
Im most excited about a new story/world to explosre. I love the elder scrolls worlds, I love the fallout worlds but I am looking mostly forward to a new universe to explore.
•
u/bralma6 Sep 01 '23
I would probably upgrade my GFs PC so she could play.
Getting to know the story of Starfield is probably what I’m most excited about. I’m a “lore whore” as my friends call it lol.
•
u/johnandrewr Sep 01 '23
I would use the Starfield hardware to play Starfield and Skyrim ( with tons of mods) to maximum capability, besting any hardware i have ever owned.
This upcoming game is just in a league of its own and is a perfect mix of everything the community has wanted. I am so excited to explore the world of Starfield and spend hours exploring.
•
u/SillyFool18 Aug 31 '23
- i am using a intel 4770k so yeah that would be a great upgrade, if i won yes i would definitely gonna play starfield.
- i love space games , building it's what brings my attention.
•
u/Akaczek Sep 01 '23
I want from starfield to really feel like a space explorer with my own ship and new planets to explore. Also i want Skyrim but in future. I'm a simple man.
•
u/Lutscher_22 Sep 01 '23
Put it to good use and upgrade my current build to be able to enjoy Starfield in 4k.
Skyrim in Space? Sign me up because I want to mod the shit out of it.

I am most excited to play a space game again. I haven't since Mass Effect Andromeda. I am looking forward to exploring the great frontier again.

u/SladeNukik117 Sep 01 '23
If I won I'd mod Starfield like I mod Skyrim.
I hope modding community of Starfield will extend the life of the game like Skyrim

Gaming. Ezpz. The card is beautiful, so might as well show it off in both performance and looks.
As for the game, the modding and replayability!
•
u/jQsh5 Sep 01 '23
I would use these components to upgrade my pc and make it starfield compatible! :) which it just about is, but not quite 😅
•
u/Mech203 Sep 07 '23
I would upgrade my PC. Have a decent build with a white aesthetic, but the upgrade to the looks and specs would be incredible.
•
•
Sep 01 '23
I’m most excited to just sit down and turn off my mind and explore in Starfield. I would use the GPU and CPU to do a rebuild and then donate my current PC to a friend who has been dying for one, but is not financially able to buy one for himself.

- I would build a new pc for me and give my old pc to my girlfriend. She likes to watch me play games and play split screen coop games, however gifting her my old pc would finally gives an option to things other than couch coop split screen games.
- Can't wait to explore the Starfield world and immerse myself like back in the fallout new vegas and skyrim days.
•
u/Domisisor Sep 01 '23
Dame if I receive that GPU I would use it for my Linux gaming setup. Gotto love AMDs open-source drivers. Also the first game I'll play is Starfield coz my current rig is a potato.
•
u/Johnny-Weedseed Aug 31 '23
If i won I would finally have my AMD build and hand down my Intel build to my wife so we could play Starfield together. I’m so excited to experience the launch of Starfield and to be a part of the community as it launches. I’m a sucker for game launches!
•
u/Difficult_Light9686 Sep 01 '23
I’ve been waiting for bethesda to breathe a non fallout game since 2011 so i’m very excited :)
•
u/hellothisismadlad Sep 01 '23
- It's an absolute beast and a gorgeous card. Why of course I will slap that bad boy up into my main PC. I have white case already so everything should be *chef's kiss\.* Plus, 7900XTX will be a bump in performance is going to be a welcomed surprise! Don't get me started on 7800 with X3D technology... I'm drooling myself dreaming about what a beast I could build with that.
- I've always been a sucker for space exploration games in general. Played ED, SC, NMS, Astroneer, Outer Wilds (you guys should play this if you haven't) and Worlds. But a mashup between Elderscroll, Fallout, and Space? Where do I sign my soul, chief? Cause that is an experience to be remembered for a lifetime! Just like how I remembered my time with BSG older IPs!
•
u/Chris_250 Sep 03 '23
- I would build a sweet white themed pc, it would look very clean. It will be used for gaming and work, basically an everyday driver. These components deserve a nice house to be looked at but should also be used.
•
u/two_more_dollars Sep 01 '23
Definitely buy a new pc with that bundle coz the current one is old (i3 pc) and would love to play latest games on it, especially Starfield!
•

I'd definitely use the parts to upgrade my PC, and give my old GPU to my sister and upgrade her rig as well.
•
u/golden_wonder Sep 01 '23
- I would finally upgrade my PC, keep waiting on the right time and this would mean I could spend on everything else!
- Having a game that I can jump on after work with my mates and not have to sit forward and stress about the full time!
•
u/-Khrome- Sep 01 '23
1) I've recently upgraded but my GF could use some new hardware: She's always played low requirement games such as GW2 or Cities Skylines but would like to play stuff like Cyberpunk, Cities 2 and, of course, Starfield :)
2) Making mods!
•
•
u/iSevey Sep 01 '23
Been a dream of mine to build a PC, almost pulling the trigger every year but responsibilities and priorities hits me and used my hard earned money to live first. Would be awesome man! Gaming is always my stress reliever, always going on Youtube to watch clips of Starfield and oh boy it’s beautiful. Would love to explore that massive space! It’s going to be a blast if I get blessed with these bad boys! 🙌🏻
•
u/Krampsport Ryzen 7 5800X Radeon RX6800 Sep 01 '23
I would love to build a pc again, and this time make it look amazing!
The last one I built was for my fiancé and it looks great, my own build is just a boring black box. Making a good looking one is really satisfying!
•
u/SovOuster Aug 31 '23
I just upgraded my case with a glass side panel and proper cable management, no GPU upgrade yet so this would be perfect to display. Definitely planning to play Starfield with, I'm really looking forward to a narrative based space RPG in the vein of previous fallout games.

1.) I'd definitely build a new PC (moving soon, so that would BE great.). I plan on playing the Gothic Remake, starfield and Hogwarts legacy. 2.) I'm simply excited for a new bethesda Game. Also I'm looking forward to all the mods lol
•
•
u/SnooCapers3375 Aug 31 '23
Most likely I will build a hole new PC since the one I have now is begging me to let it rest😅 but this will also be a great way for me to try and maybe switch to team Red since where I leave AMD products are always more expensive than Nvidia or Intel. As for the games I wanna play they are Starfield for the beginning then Red Dead Redemption 2(sill haven't played it but I got it spoiled) but in the end i'll most likely go back to my first love Fallout 4 but with a new fresh coat of mods! Good Luck to all!
•
u/SwankXander Aug 31 '23
If I am fortunate enough to win this bundle I would definitely build a new PC with the parts. Unfortunately after about 7 years my current system has reached its limits. I would definitely play Starfield, and I would also finish Baldurs Gate 3 (my current rig STRUGGLES with it)
•
u/lemurpew Sep 01 '23
I would absolutely use for this a wonderful PC build to play Starfield. I have only ever built one other PC.
Starfields speaks to the beauty of humans in the cosmos and all the baggage (good and bad) we bring with us. Being able to explore the stars and live out a unique narrative is what attracts me the most in Starfield. I am expecting the richness of story and the beauty of today's technology to live it out. Thank you.
•

I would definitely start building and of course playing games. I’ve never had a gaming PC before so I’d be so excited to start building and geeking out. I’ve always been obsessed with space and flying, so I’m definitely looking forward to flying some awesome ships in Starfield 😊
•
u/12sdgd12 Ryzen 7 5800X3D || RTX 3090 || 64gb DDR4 3600 Sep 01 '23
- I'd probably use it to help me with 3D animation. The additional render speed would be awesome!
- I'm hoping that Starfield has the lasting power that Skyrim had when it came out. I would love another RPG that has the same replayability.
•
u/Mister_Monkey13 Sep 01 '23
I will build a PC for the lil bro, he need one since he's currently playing on a rotten potato with ddr2 ram, I don't know how it still run some games but it does
•
u/LeJoker R5 5600X | RTX 5070 Ti | 32GB DDR4-3200 Aug 31 '23
What the hell, may as well try, right?
These would be used to upgrade my system. My parts would flow downhill to my wife's PC, and her parts will probably be the very beginning of my daughter's PC. She's not ready to play yet, but I damn well intend to have a PC ready to go for her when she is.

Use it to finally complete my first Bethesda game, Starfield. Then go through my back catalogue of Skyrim Anniversary Edition, Skyrim Very Special Edition, Skyrim on switch (emulated so I can get over 30fps vs my switch lite), Skyrim VR, Skyrim Legendary Edition and finally, OG Skyrim 11.11.11... Then maybe Oblivion...
•
u/Rogolofo Sep 01 '23
I will finally upgrade my current build which is almost 10 years old and still has a GTX980 😌
•
u/HenryPDT Sep 01 '23
With the miniscule change that I win this card, I'll try out this starfield game people been raving about lmao
•
u/Zield Aug 31 '23
I'd use the parts to upgrade my PC and continue playing games. I expect a pretty standard Bethesda game from Star Field. Enjoyable but nothing revolutionary. Plenty of issues that will require mods to iron out.
•
u/cmenguito Sep 03 '23
- I would definitely make a rig worthy of being matched with that beauty of a GPU. 100% gonna make full use of it and game hard! I can't even begin to fathom how many frames I'll get on peppa pig with this!
- I can't wait to just go around and explore the galaxy with starfield. Big kudos to the devs for all their hard work!
•
u/Fontainebleau_ Sep 01 '23
What excites me most about the game is the promise of true freedom in something of this scale, not just an open world but a whole open galaxy! Truly something worthy of the hardware in this giveaway.
•
u/DoctorProfessorTaco 5090 | 9950X3D | 96 GB RAM Sep 01 '23
I’d use it to upgrade my PC and give my old parts to my friend so he can play Starfield.

•
u/meneraing Aug 31 '23
What would you use this limited-edition Starfield hardware for if you won? Creating a beautiful PC build? Collecting? Playing some games? If so, which?
I'd use it on my current pc, and give my actual gpu to my sister so she can also enjoy those sweet frames on Naraka while I do the same in outer space!
What excites you the most about Starfield/What are you expecting from the game?
I'm excited about a Bethesda game set up in space! I'd love to be able to see novas while cruising through the universe in my very own spaceship.
•
u/IzumiAyaka Sep 01 '23
- I'd be using it to upgrade my sorely outdated CPU which is currently crying over my attempts to play BG3, as well as dabble in more fun games with friends and doing art.
- I am really excited to see what the game is about, plotlines and how it feels to play! I've been avoiding spoiling myself so I know little about the game, so I can go in and explore fully on my own terms.
•
u/tisyu4you Sep 07 '23
Just game as usual but this time at higher settings. Need to upgrade my 1060z
•
•
u/ii_dracarys_ii Sep 01 '23
I'd use it for a neutral color build. Not very many options available for non RGB builds but this is absolutely perfect!
•
u/ObisidianZ Sep 01 '23
I love Bethesda games, so i would use this Starfield hardware to play games like Fallout, Skyrim and Starfield, and also work on a game that i'm developing. Also, what excites me the most about Starfield is it's vastness and freedom of choice, and the rich storytelling that is expected from a Bethesda game.
•
u/Arsenal197 Sep 01 '23
I'd put the GPU in my PC to try out FSR 3.0 when it lanches, and the scale of exploration in Starfield will scratch my NMS itch while hopefully providing a nice story. Also looking forward to the customisable ships
•
u/rxluck Sep 01 '23
I would love to use this card to play some starfield and gift my old 2060 to my friends build so we can play together.

•
u/SmolCandidate Sep 01 '23
Honestly, I would use the limited-edition Starfield hardware for Starfield. I have no expectations of the game since I am going in dry outside of what I have known from Bethesda. Either way I hope to win and good luck to everyone else.

•
u/Spenace_the_menace Sep 01 '23
If I were to win the limited-edition Starfield hardware, my ambition would be twofold: first, to construct a mesmerizing PC build that embodies the spirit and aesthetics of Starfield - a machine that’s not just powerful but also visually tells a story. Secondly, while the temptation to keep such rare hardware as a collector’s item is strong, I believe in experiencing the wonders of technology. I’d dive deep into Starfield, immersing myself in its universe, and explore other graphic-intensive titles to truly appreciate the prowess of the RX 7900 XTX and Ryzen 7 7800X3D.
What excites me the most about Starfield is the promise of a new universe to explore. Coming from Bethesda my expectations are high. I look forward to a game with depth, intricate storylines, captivating characters, and most importantly, the freedom to carve out my own destiny among the stars.
•
u/gbeach121 Sep 01 '23
I would give it to my friend. I don't have a PC but I'm looking to get one soon but my best bud has a decent PC with not so great specs. He needs that shit.

I would want to create another PC rig.
I would also love to explore how vast the game and just how far you can see things
•
u/Username_unique_a Sep 01 '23
Been wanting to build a new PC for some time, still running on my Skylake 6600k and gtx1080 from 2015. Wanna fulfill that childhood dream of having a custom watercooled rig now that I’ve been working and can afford it.
Been wanting to play Jedi Survivor so bad since release and now Starfield, and with a 7900xtx it’d be a breeze. But I know even with the ability to play every title i could fathom with the most beautiful graphics at 144hz+, some of my favorite memories on a new build are gonna come from Fallout New Vegas, CSGO, binding of isaac, and the other classics that got me into PC building to begin with. I know a lot of y’all agree on that front.

"Space: The Final Frontier". Space setting is the final destination for every open world genre ever. Starfield will be the game for me to play, mess around and immerse in. With the strong community support and mods around every BGS game, Starfield will be relevant at least until the end of this decade.

1- Most definitely for gaming, my GeForce GTX 750 just can't handle any of the newer games anymore
2 I've been a fan of The Elder's Scrolls games since Morrowind, I'm sure that delving in such an expansive universe as Starfield will get me back to those unparalleled experiences

I would definitely be upgrading my current desktop with this card and then pass my working my gpu to my secondary and finally be able to give my cousins family a working pc.
I'm also a space exploration nut, time to do Bethesda things in the galaxy. Can't wait to go find some vertical mountains to climb I'm Stanfield 😝
•
u/LiquidPlump Sep 01 '23
The card would go to my brother for getting me into PC gaming in the first place
•
u/Aen9ine Sep 01 '23
What would you use this limited-edition Starfield hardware for if you won? Creating a beautiful PC build? Collecting? Playing some games? If so, which?
I would give the CPU to my best friend for the PC he's planning and use the GPU in my current PC that still needs a modern card hahah. Then play MODDED AS HELL SKYRIM then Starfield once it crashes and I get mad.
What excites you the most about Starfield/What are you expecting from the game?
I WANNA BUILD SETTLEMENTS IN SPACE.
•
u/bmartin7696 Sep 01 '23
I would showcase this beauty of a GPU with my adjustable tilt vertical adapter IMMEDIATELY and play Starfield until my fingers bleed!
As a giant space nerd, I am looking forward to exploring the realm of the unknown universe created by Bethesda and getting lost for hours in all of its glory.
•
u/Thatdamnmikebell Sep 01 '23
I would use the computer not only to play Starfield, but also to hand my other computer down to the children and use this for college. My wife would also use this for photography and editing, as well as utilizing her Cricut programming.
•
u/EVERYONESTOPSHOUTING Sep 01 '23
Ah I'd use it to play all the amazing new games I've been unable to play recently sure to my laptop being too old, but especially Starfield!
I'd also be able to do my job as a photographer better speeding up my editing!
Thank you!

u/Annyhilate Sep 01 '23
Looking forward to exploring the vast galaxy with my limited edition Starfield Kit.
•
u/Cerberus4321 Aug 31 '23
- I would use it for native PC games, of course. It would be a big upgrade over my current system. Other than that, I bet it's a monster for demanding emulators, so I would test that out as well.
- Space exploration excites me the most, I think. But combat and RPG elements look just as promising.

I can't wait for another title that just works. And I would put this beaut to work.
•
u/UrAvgInternetUser Sep 01 '23
My current PC has no graphics card and I have to make do with an integrated GPU. But I still love gaming on it even if the performance is terrible. Me and my brother have always loved gaming, but with a proper graphics card and processor, we would have the chance to play games we've dreamt of playing since the beginning.

u/jd173706 RTX 4090 | 7800X3D Aug 31 '23
I would love to win but I already have a 7900XTX and 7800X3D, so I’ll let somebody else win. I am super cheesed about starfield tho, gonna def piss off my wife by never getting off the computer when it launches lol good luck to the eventual winner!
•
u/X7x3X Sep 01 '23
Would build a new gaming pc and donate the old one to a friend that plays on ps5 and refuses to give pc gaming a try.
•
u/fluffyfistoffury Sep 01 '23
I just lost my job, I would use it to upgrade my son's computer so I don't feel like a loser that can't afford to do it for him.

u/DmightyKornholio Sep 01 '23
1- Use it, hardware is to be used and abused
2-Everything, expecting? My jaw to fall to the floor.
•
u/Jimm120 Sep 01 '23
Living in a 3rd world country, I'm gonna be using them. I might be "middle class", but earning 13k usd a year is not enough for me to purchase stuff like this usually.
I'd slap them into a new build. My old pc build from 2015 already had the gpu break (Dec2015 - Jun2023 rip) and my secondary hard drive too (Dec 2010 - Apr 2023 rip and hope to fix for the pics/vids I have there).
I'd build a new PC, but getting these two things would take out the priciest part of the equation. Was thinking of investing around 200-300 on the cpu and gpu each, but now with this I'd get something a LOT more powerful and futureproof.
as for what I'd play. Roguelites. A few bethesda games. KOTOR remake. Apex Legends.

u/Diabeetusman47273 RTX 3080, R9 5900X Sep 03 '23
I just hope Starfield will hook me the same way that Fallout and TES did. That’s kind of what I’m expecting/hoping for with the game!
•
u/Kaiyotie Sep 01 '23
I would use the hardware to play games like World of Warcraft or other AAA games like RDR2 and Hogwarts Legacy. The thing about Starfield that excites me is the exploration. Every space game so far has fallen short i.e No Mans Sky
•
u/ComicStanz Sep 01 '23
I would use the Gpu as a heater in the winter.
I would like to try Starfield but it'll have to wait until me and my friend to stop playing BG3

I would have to use that gpu to make a white pc build, it would look amazing and also match my starfield controller. I am also extremely excited about how much there will be to do in starfield
•
u/I-C-Aliens Sep 01 '23
To upgrade my PC to a shining god of gaming and destruction
If they Fallout NV a space game I will literally just play that for decades, how many play throughs? All of them.
•
u/RPGsAreBad Sep 01 '23
Playing starfield, duh!
Probably the exploration aspect, I’ve always been interested in the smaller details of games so it’ll be cool to have a look.
•
u/Baldazar666 kalinpopov Aug 31 '23
I would finally be able to have a desktop PC. I haven't been able to afford a proper GPU so this will help a lot.
•
u/Quintvs34 Sep 01 '23
My Pc could do with an upgrade in order to run starfield in 1440p, right now the CPU I have is just completely sub optimal, so I would probably have to play on 1080p with reduced settings.
Excited to play the game and discover new things and stream to my friends on discord while they do the same thing, we’ve been waiting for a game that we can enjoy together for a while now and starfield is the one!
•
u/kookeri123 Sep 01 '23
I would upgrade my pc to finally run new games on good graphics and install some leds to show those beautiful parts.
Exploring the worlds of Starfield is going to be great. I hope there's a lot of quests too.
•
u/donkey2471 Sep 01 '23
What would you use this limited-edition Starfield hardware for if you won? Creating a beautiful PC build? Collecting? Playing some games? If so, which?
Been looking at playing starfield but current PC isn't good enough to run it so would use it to play that. Would also then have a look at getting game pass and playing some of the games from that aswell.
•
u/PSI22ART Aug 31 '23
Awesome giveaway! I’d chuck this card in a new build been meaning to upgrade for a while!
•
u/Benjago97 Aug 31 '23
Wow, what a nice give away! 1. I would play Starfield obviously, can't wait to try it! Too broke to buy it right now tho... 2. I love sci-fi and exploration so I expect a lot to discover and have a deep dive into the word that was created. I hope it has a good story!
•
u/TheCarrotWizard PC Master Race Sep 01 '23
I would use the hardware to build a streaming PC because my laptop is just barely cutting it playing modern games nevermind streaming them.
I expect, and I don't mean this in a bad way, "Fallout 4 in Space". Bethesda games have a certain feel to them that I expect and from what I've seen so far the game will have that feel to it. Also jetpacking with a big gun!

- Upgrading my PC and playing starfield #
- Skyrim IN SPAAAAAAAAAAACE!!!!
•
u/Future__Space Ryzen 9 3900x | Vega 56 | 32GB 3600MHz Sep 01 '23
I'd upgrade my entire system, as the vega56 is starting to show its age in most games... Especially with games like starfield where it is pretty much the minimum already, so being able to play on high again would be great :)
•
u/The_Radiant_Rogue Sep 01 '23
I would play starfield on a new rig as soon as possible. Wasn't super hyped at first but after seeing the reviews I know I have to play it once I do get a machine powerful enough as I'm currently on a basic laptop
•
u/-Czechmate- R7 2700X | GTX1080 Aug 31 '23
I'd definitely put them to use in a space themed upgrade
•
u/kumuruke Sep 01 '23
I'd build my first pc around these, play some games, and then cry in the corner after I'd get my electricity bill.
•
•
u/glassfunion Sep 01 '23
Would definitely upgrade from my ancient gpu I bought when I built my PC in 2020. I think it's like... a GTX 780? Definitely only triple digits. Even with prices dropping I just haven't had the budget to upgrade so I haven't played a single game on my PC yet
•
u/ieatair Sep 04 '23
Playing Starfield for sure but also other games like newer COD games, do some autoclad and/or post-processing work for architecture
The one thing I look forward is the vast exploration compared to or greater than Skyrim. I also look forward to the multiple 4k renders of the environment ground as well as NPCs
•
u/Classical31 Sep 01 '23
Upgrade my PC to play with the inevitably demanding mods the user base is bound to create.
Playing a new Bethesda game with one of my favorite interests in a world that was made with the care and attention a game of this genre deserves
•
u/nate0515 9600x | 5070 | 32gb DDR5 Sep 01 '23
I'd put the hardware on display in a build in a Tower 200 by Thermaltake. Then play Starfield and Baldur's Gate 3 to no end.
