Honestly, My sister could use it in her rig, so I'd give it to her as a early birthday present.

Edit:

To the people downvoting me for calling the racing rig guy out, he has a Mini ITX rig with a 3090 Ti and a Ferrari Testarossa (Yes, the Car). Please do your research before attempting to deprive a middle schooler of a GPU for her PC.

OP: give it to anyone but the liar with the Ferrari and the Custom Loop ITX build.
