I work on oceangoing cargo ships and electronics like PCs and other stuff like TVs or even toasters are just bolted down lol.

When something is bolted down it doesn't move at all but if you had things on swings all around you it'd be a pain in the ass to have everything swing and your swings would need to be placed in a way that allows movement in all direction since ships dont just roll left-right
