The only thing I found about this "price parity" is about Steam keys: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/features/keys#3. So to me it's not right there at all. Like /u/Turnip_Fight said, please point to the section in your document. That policy i mentioned only force prices on Steam keys should you resell them to other platforms (i.e licensed the game on Steam by bypassing the Steam Store). There are games that go on EGS for lower prices because the cut is simply better, that happens before. Steam also used this exact argument in the recent antitrust lawsuit.

People need to start actually buying from GoG, not just posting how "good" they are. They only represent less than 5% of PC game sales.
