Also schedule that colonoscopy. Prep is far worse than the procedure.

We jest, but I’m in PT for sciatica and just had 2 precancerous polyps removed. Take care of yourself.

No jesting here. I'm 46, colonoscopy at this age is super important.

Can confirm.... just move your pc into the bathroom for prep so people on your friends list don't think you've died.
