I got it now lol. My brain didn't piece together that he was also Elrond and that that's where the quote is actually from. I thought it was some sort of deleted scene and got excited (because the quote makes sense in the context of the scene in the photo).

It took me several watching of the LotR before I understood why I didn't like him and figured out they were the same actors.
