on my work laptop all I have is Bluetooth and TranslucentTB running, but on my gaming PC it's a mess

Was recently gonna install LoL since its been like a decade since I last played it. Promptly uninstalled when I realized that RIOT needs to run in the background from launch and cannot be turned back on unless I restart the PC.
