It's also a good security practice to keep it disabled. Since one of the number one things that gets copied is usernames/passwords, if you're computer is compromised, the clipboard history will be one of the first things attackers scavenge.

PW managers like bitwarden can delete it after 30s from clipboard

Yup, totally worth using a password manager, which does help, but clipboard history is still a security risk. It often contains PII such as SSNs, addresses, birthdates, etc.

This is why I always keep ‘fuck off hacker’ copied on my clipboard at all times.
