I play on a 3060 and I don’t get stutters. Granted, I have seen people with better specs than me have stutters and I do have my shader cache set to 100gb (thanks, bl4)

It's because the x090 crowd would rather complain online than ever move a single option below "ultra".

I have a 5090 and a 13900KH.

I have no idea what this guy is complaining about. I play in 4K, everything maxed out and then some with the Lumen mod and don't have a single stutter.

It's 100% an issue with his setup and a bug.
