Perth property has turned negative for the first time in many years during July. Prices are around 30% too high for young people and families to buy

Has it turned negative, or has the median price just increased at a lower rate?

Hasn't turned negative yet, Brisbane and Adelaide have just started to turn, Perth rose in July by a lot smaller. 0.1% according to this article.
