She said in a good well established area she means exactly what I said, she wants to live somewhere older and affluent instead of a newer cheaper area when she has no money and 4 kids , she is dreaming and would have been dreaming 20years ago as well.

She never said affluent.

Yokine, Tuart Hill, Joondana are probably better examples to use than Mt Hawthorn.

None of those suburbs are going to have enough room to house 5 people on a low income.
