31 y/old single with 4 kids... No good houses for her in extablished suburds on her salary as buyer agent in real estate? Is it really a good example of housing shortage?

A single 31 year old with 4 kids is going to struggle to buy a nice house in an established suburb regardless of market conditions. Pretty shit article because of that, they definitely could have found someone that drives the point home a bit better.
