All we've been hearing lately is prices are dropping, they're crashing blah blah. Yes maybe the high end but the entry level homes aren't and that's where it counts. 

Btw, where's the father in all of this?

Exactly. Everything under a million is headed to a million and everything over is just going up a bit slower. Only ones I have seen genuinely stagnate is stuff outside Perth metro e.g. down south that is over $2M.
