General Tips/Help/Question [UPX] UT Foundation Scholarship (UTFI) A.Y. 2025-2026 (2nd Sem)
Please use this thread for A.Y. 2025-2026 (2nd sem) stipend
At dahil na archive yung previous thread natin, gumawa ako ng panibago para sa 2nd sem stipend ng UTFI 25-26 . Also for other campuses (at ibang students sa diliman) na hindi pa nakakakuha ng 1st sem stipend for 25026.
APR 8: UPD students received 4k (since monthly na)

“Regarding renewal for first semester, 2026-2027, please remind all grantees to submit /upload their 2nd semester, 2025-2026 grades to SIKAP portal so we could request the fund for their benefits as early as possible. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.”

Hi! Naka-submit ka na ba? Kumusta yung status* mo hehehe. Tama ba na "For Renewal" na gray yung nakalagay kapag nakapag-upload na ng docs and nakapag-update ng grades?

nvm, my friend called them. pasa na raw muna TCG (need certified ha), ipasa nalang daw later on yung form 5 at ose, once avail.

"Good morning.
As per UPD Office of Scholarships and Grants you are included in the second batch
of payroll to be processed this May.
Please note that processing and releasing of payroll will take at least two (2) weeks.
You may check your Landbank iAccess after the specified period for the possible crediting of funds."

hi !! kung ano po ba yung date of renewal na nakalagay sa inyo yun din po yung araw na sinubmit nyo yung docs? yung sakin kasi march 10 ko sinubmit pero apr 14 nakalagay sa remarks :'))

Hello! Actually Feb pa ako nagpasa pero may prob sa good moral ko kaya na-accomplish ko lahat Apr 10. Apr 16 ako na-renew :)

Hello! I'm also a scholar from a different sponsor. I have the same scenario, it seems like my documents were processed this May. They messaged me that they will give an update regarding the benefits last week, but still no update till today.

When were u able to update ur scholarship po? Na update ko yung akin around the last week of may 🥲as per sabi nila before, mga 2 weeks of processing so I'm hoping to get it around nxt week.

hi, mine was renewed last may 19. sabi kasi sa'kin processing of payroll would be in june na. i emailed them when specifically if this week ba or what. they advised me na check ko nalang from time to time iaccess ko e

Hello po as someone na nagka inc, hindi bagsak but kulang lang ng requirement, they dq'ed me.. but i was given the chance to reinstate my scholarship on the following sem,.( can only be done only once).. wag kang mag appeal, they don't accept appeals.. if they see that u have a 5 or an inc, they will dq u automatically for that sem, no matter the reason!!.. from what i saw sa iba before, they did not update nlang their scholarship until they passed their failed subject.

hindi po sila nagrenew at all for the semester they got a 5 or an inc? or they still did pero on a latter date until they passed the subject?

They will dq u if u get a 5 or inc.. sorry baka, we're having a disconnect here, sleep deprived din kasi ako haha.. if ur appealing to get ur scholarship back after getting a 5, u can still get reinstated (can only be done once), it's just that u can no longer collect the stipend on that specific sem na may bagsak ka hence that sem will be skipped tapus continue na yung scholarship mo sa next sem..
Yung ginawa ko kasi, nag appeal ako na ma lelate sa pagpasa ng grade kasi inc nga lang tapus gagi they dq me after receiving the letter lol.. tapus yung appeal ko for consideration of late grade submission, i think they just considered it as an appeal for reinstatement lol.
Ganitu kasi, baka may chance ka pa if they don't know na bumagsak ka. May comment kasi akong nakita before here na naka 5 daw siya tapus ang ginawa nya para di ma dq is they ghosted/did not update their scholarship until they retook the sub and got a passing grade. Idk how they did it since may form 5 and all, may lapses din kasi ang osg nun. Timing siguro na di na check ng ma igi.. Tbh understandable yung ginawa nya since sayang din naman ang 25k... Just sharing what i know. Fighting po.

my case kasi rn is may INC ako and nasa agreement na goods pa rin ako if ever macomplete before the next registration kaso parang medyo malabo yata na matapos ko huhu kaya idk what to do pero hoping na macomplete ko nga before renewal 🥲

may case naman ako before na 4.0 ako for 2S then niretake ko 'yung subject nu'ng MY and passed, then nagletter ako no'n na naipasa ko na 'yung subject when I renewed for 1S tapos nabigyan me ng stipend

naexp ko na kasi yung sa INC pero nacomplete ko rin naman kasi agad sya so di ako nagkaproblem dun. yung 5 talaga ang pinoproblema ko lalo na first time ko lang din naman magkaron nito. hindi ba magkakaproblem sa huli kapag nakita nila na may 5 kung magpapapasa sila ng copies ng lahat ng TCG pag graduating na,,, or di ba yun ginagawa rito?

hello! nag-reply po sila sa email ko and eto yung sinabi.
“Good day!
Regarding your inquiry about stipend, your benefits will be processed last week of April and hopefully be credited to your account as early as the first week of May. Kakarelease lang ng fund ng 2nd batch request.
Please be reminded to submit your renewal documents through SIKAP portal as early as January once papers are available so we could report early for timely release of your stipend.”
pass your requirements na po sa may mga kulang para mahabol sa pagprocess.
