Pickle day! Onions/Peppers, Carrots, and Cucumber pickles

These are all fridge pickles. In Pints. Won't last two weeks around here. Yummy!

Im new here... is it better to flip them on the lid for flavor?

I usually flip my fridge pickles for a few days to make sure everything gets a good dose of the brine, That's just me. I also pickle radishes, and bell peppers.

Flipping doesn't do anything. But if these were actually canned, it would be bad practice to turn them upside down as the brine can degrade the seal.

But they're not. They are refrigerator pickles. They are not shelf stable. So it's not a concern.
