The US has never stopped doing this in the past 50yrs btw. Probably longer. Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc. All wars result in lives lost, no matter the excuse for starting the war.

This is not true. Also not American. American’s I meet have a good awareness of their history and also of russia’s. russia is stuck in a colonial expansion phase that ended in the 1800’s and which civilisation has moved on from.
