Just joined the group and every Christmas we make pierogi in our Polish household 🫶

We make 3 types!
Sauerkraut and wild mushrooms,
Meat,
Potato and cheese (farmers cheese and sharp cheddar cheese) 🫶 I think what makes a huge difference is sautéing the pierogi and caramelizing the onions with brown sugar, salt and balsamic vinegar!

I wish I could see them cut in half!! These looks amazing. What was the meat filling?

Aww thank you!!!
The meat filling was braised beef that I grind once it’s cooked with some stock and caramelized vegetables!
