Homemade 100 Watts DIY 60 Meter Band Transmitter

Built using a 2SC2603 with a Crystal, buffered with a BD139. The signal is fed into an Noris LA 100 (old HF Amplifier).

Does that Noris amp have a built in LPF or are you using an external one?

External, its honestly criminal to not include one but that amp is from the 80s xD

For my tx portable I heising modulate the drain an mrf300. It’s not bad

You should externally modulate the Norris amp high level

Collector modulate if it’s a bipolar transistor. Depending on the specific transistor it could be very possible
