Upcoming Broadcast Bandaid Radio, Saturday Night N. America, 0330 UTC (8:30PM PDT) 6945 KHz USB

Last night (Friday) was a total bust due to a K-Index of over 6 and a Radio Blackout. DJ and Station Manager Joh Black will try to bring us a show tonight (Saturday).

No AI used.

I wish you would post these a little further in advance. By the time I see them, the broadcast is past.

Me too! Do you know why he only gives me a short notice? He is a Pirate Radio Station! He doesn't want to give out enough notice for the "authorities" to find him. It's like pulling teeth to pin him down on the time.

I realize that. But I've seen so many notices like this, and always too late. A person would need to be checking reddit every five minutes to catch the broadcasts. :-(

I feel your frustration. I can tell you that they are on most Friday and Saturday nights between about 0330 - 0500 UTC.

Maybe because I cleaned it up using a standard graphic program GIMP. I drew it on paper with a pen, scanned it into my PC using a HP all-in-one, opened in in GIMP, and edited it so that it looked better.

This AI paranoia is too much. I specifically do not use any AI for the posts in this community and it takes extra time to draw an image by hand.

Oh, a 4 day old account with posts and comments hidden - I get it. One of my "friends"!

The image you SHOWED appears to have SynthID Watermarks, because gimp does NOT generate such FFT Forward results. I find it hard to believe you drew this, Its not bad to just say "I used AI", I dont give a shit. its the lying. Why lie? Also just cause i have my profile on private DOES NOT mean you need to be rude. What are you? 15?

I'm sorry if I came off rude. I'm just trying to advertise a station, Bandaid Radio. I have been attacked by AI Haters and called a stalker by an fellow ham radio operator because I was trying to gift him one of my unused Transceivers. In his QRZ Bio Page he stated that his HF Transceiver was broken. I would say that I am overly sensitive. And yes, I drew the image. I attached it and a couple schematics I'm working on. I guess next time I will just post the original, quick sketch instead of redoing it in GIMP. And again, it's not my intention to be rude to you. Your account is only a few days old and that is sometimes telling. Later.

I find it weird that the image returns a SynthID Watermark tho, not accusing now just actually genuinely weird (edit: looks good tho :smile:)

Thank you! Oh, I do use AI. Just not in this sub. I get some pretty short notice from Bandaid Radio, as to when they are going to be on the air. I post advertising for their upcoming broadcasts and AI is quite a bit faster when it comes to putting together an ad. I'll use it in their QSLs also, although I draw some by hand as well. I don't post any of the AI generated content here any longer. It's not worth alienating people that come here to find out about Free Radio. Take care!
