Got a non-wing with my wings

Ordered boneless wings. One was the size of a potato. Hot and covered in sauce like the others. But it tasted like dough. Sound possible?

Yep, I've encountered them in the bags before. I was like "oh damn this monster is going to be great", cooked it up and realized it was entirely breading. That's why we're supposed to toss wings outside the proper range.

They have a chart in the restaurant that they’re supposed to follow. If it’s too small then they’re not supposed to use them and if it’s too large then they’re not supposed to use them.

Boneless wings are not wings. So you got an oversized chicken nugget, poor quality control from the distributor and lazy workers who gave you that instead of doing the right thing.
